  Sam, made me wait almost an hour befor telling me that the didn't have no cars available after a car was confirmed thevday before to be on hold.Sam gave the hold vehicle away to another customer and can talking about how sorry he is. Unprofessional and trash

  Outstanding Service at the LaPlace Enterprise Location This past Friday, I had an unexpectedly wonderful experience with Enterprise. Sam, the manager at the LaPlace location, was outstanding—professional, attentive, and truly customer-focused. I had a trip to Houston scheduled to leave by noon, but when I arrived, the only available car was a Mirage. Being 6’4”, I knew that wouldn’t be a comfortable option for such a long drive. Sam explained that Fridays are typically busy with vehicle returns and assured me he’d let me know as soon as something more suitable became available. Within 30 minutes, a car was dropped off. Sam immediately paused what he was doing, personally cleaned the vehicle, and made sure I was on the road quickly. His professionalism and genuine effort to accommodate me made the entire process smooth and stress-free. People deserve credit where credit is due—thank you, Sam, for going above and beyond! PS There was another associate with glasses helping out a woman that wanted to extend her rental, he was also very polite and helpful with her. I’m not sure of his name but keep up the great work.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After being in an accident, I was stressed and unsure how everything would work out, but Enterprise Laplace made the process so smooth and easy. The staff was patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to help me get into a reliable vehicle quickly. The car was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. I truly appreciated their kindness and efficiency during such a stressful time — highly recommend them to anyone in need of a rental, especially after an unexpected situation!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but never in my life have I encountered such a MISOGYNISTIC employee at any business. My husband originally picked up our rental, and after parking it over night the car REEKED of marijuana. We have a young child, so I brought the car back to swap it out the following day. The man at this enterprise almost immediately pointed out damage to the front bumper- which was already there when we picked up the vehicle. He was highly accusatory towards me, even though there was no way I could’ve damaged the car. He even tried to say that my husband had agreed to a smoking vehicle in exchange for an upgrade, but to my understanding, enterprise doesn’t have any designated smoking vehicles as it’s against company policy. My husband went to drop off the car we exchanged a couple weeks later, where the same man proceeds to say “I don’t know how much of a feminist you are, but women can’t drive” referring to the damage he tried to FALSELY accuse me of on the previous vehicle. I’ve never been treated so poorly anywhere before, and definitely not because of my gender. No employee should be treating paying customers so disrespectfully. Enterprise should hold their employees to a higher standard.
