Sam, the manager at the LaPlace location, was outstandingāprofessional, attentive, and truly customer-focused. I had a trip to Houston scheduled to leave by noon, but when I arrived, the only available car was a Mirage. Being 6ā4ā, I knew that wouldnāt be a comfortable option for such a long drive. Sam explained that Fridays are typically busy with vehicle returns and assured me heād let me know as soon as something more suitable became available. Within 30 minutes, a car was dropped off. Sam immediately paused what he was doing, personally cleaned the vehicle, and made sure I was on the road quickly. His professionalism and genuine effort to accommodate me made the entire process smooth and stress-free. People deserve credit where credit is dueāthank you, Sam, for going above and beyond! PS There was another associate with glasses helping out a woman that wanted to extend her rental, he was also very polite and helpful with her. Iām not sure of his name but keep up the great work.
