  Getting a car at MSY is a hassle, considering the long shuttle ride, but that is not Nationals fault. We rented a Hyundai Tucson with only 600 miles on it, so that was nice. While they did have many options in the Executive aisle, Tucsons, Altimas, etc. are usually in the normal Emerald aisle, not Executive, so that should be improved.

  This is the worst rental car center in America. First off, the logistics to get here from the terminal is outrageous. Landed at 1245AM, waited 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, then another 20 minutes to get to the rental car facility only to then sit in a line of cars 20 deep to attempt to exit through one booth. Waited over 45 minutes to exit the garage.

  I wanted to take a moment to commend the staff and customer service between the national car rental and the enterprise rental staff at the New Orleans airport. I went to pick up a car and in the middle of me checking out after having a brief conversation with Lisa a representative at the National counter she walked over and informed me that she had a Genesis upgrade i could take. in my excitement i moved my things over to the new car but forgot my laptop bag in the back seat of the previous vehicle. i drove all the way to baton rouge before i noticed what i had did. i went back to the airport and was then helped by Caleb and the rest of the team at the enterprise desk. Caleb took his time to watch the camera recordings and find the last car i was in. He and the team were very kind and accommodating. I ended up getting in contact with the other driver and getting my laptop bag which had all my work stuff the next day! Great Staff, Extremely accommodating customer service especially nowadays where most of us have grown to expect the bare minimum. Thanks GUYS!
