    My wife had damaged a tire on a protruding curb. After a prompt placement of the spare by AAA, Susan drove to Tire Choice on Williams Blvd., Kenner. I had spoken with Gianni about what type of tire was needed. In half an hour, my wife was back on the road with her new tire. We appreciate the courtesy and efficiency of our friends at Tire Choice.

    Tire Choice in Kenner, LA installed the wrong tires on my truck. It’s a heavy duty truck, they installed light duty tires, had them inflated to 65psi when maximum pressure is 44psi. I returned truck within an hour of taking it. They removed the incorrect tires and put my old ones back on but I was without my truck for a long weekend. I was told by the manager I would receive a credit within five to ten business days. It’s now been ten days, no credit and I can’t get manager to return a call. I’m about to dispute the credit card charge. Mistakes happen, it says a lot about a company on resolution of the problem. Tire Choice has been awful. The tires they installed should have never been put on a heavy duty truck, I don’t know how their system allowed them to do it. The location of the store is very convenient to our home but I’ll be hard pressed to do business there again.
