  They lied to me when i asked for full coverage and they only gave me personal coverage. then they charged me $600 for damages because i forgot to take a video

  Nice new luxury cars.. No long lines. Friendly professional staff. Damarcus(sp) was very helpful upon my return. Although I was in a rush he was patient and professional and made sure I had everything needed to complete the return. I was very appreciative. I will definitely be back.

  See the video. Great great service. Sorry, video was cut off. The service was remarkable and so was the whole experience. First time renter and I’m glad I gave them a chance because they really impressed me. You know how tough I grade the customer service experience and they nailed it.

  Upon arriving to New Orleans we realized we were going to need a larger vehicle than we reserved. Lane'sha worked hard to accommodate us. She was super friendly, professional and just wonderful to work with. While we were waiting Lane'sha and her co-worker told us about some great restaurants and attractions to visit while providing a written list. We had a nice new Ford Expedition. Because of those 2 ladies and a hassle free rental experience, we will use Sixt again in the future.

From the moment I arrived, Felton went above and beyond to make the entire rental process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant. Felton was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident and taken care of before I left the lot.
