  Scheduled service easily online. All paperwork was handled by Safelite. Darvis is an excellent technician! He kept me informed prior to his arrival, explained the process, and was quick and courteous!

  The installer of my windshield was very friendly, professional, timely and my Buick was left clean. Returned my brake tag and oil change sticker.

  This has been the worst experience dealing with our automobile ever. Long story short we called safelite to fix both our passenger side windows that were broken. They came out to “fix” them, did the replacement but broke our window shade in the rear passenger window. Keijuan did the repair. We had no issues with this shade before, until safelite arrived. Then, it stopped working. I called safelite who sent Keijuan back out, who said he was sorry because he could see the shade was off track and that he was the one who broke it. He couldn’t fix it at that time but said he would contact corporate and someone would get back to us shortly. This was in November. No follow up happened. We then followed up on our own in January, and they sent Drew. Drew told us the same thing Keijuan did, that the shade was broken but he had to get with corporate and someone would get back to us shortly. This was on 1/7. No one got back to us. I texted Drew on 1/14 following up. No response from corporate. I texted Drew again on 1/15, 1/16 & 1/22 and never got a response. TLDR: safelite broke our car, refuses to respond or fix it. 10/10 this place sucks.

  Staff was pleasant and agreeable. The replacement windshield was defective. They did discover that after they put it in. They said they didn’t have another on hand and had to request another one from the warehouse. I had to come back a week later to get new windshield replaced. I had to get them to vacuum front seat out twice before all glass was removed. At 2nd replacement I had to request that they vacuum glass on back seat because they didn’t do it on first appointment. FYI your system sends way too many text messages and phone calls.

  Technician was a no call no show on my scheduled appointment that was made over a week I advance. Called customer service and was directed to reschedule my appointment. Total disregard for customers time. Still waiting on a call from the technician!
