  One of the more professional encounters I have had recently. Nicholas was polite, thorough and competent. I will certainly be using SAFELITE for my next windshield replacement or repair.

  I received the best experience ever. Safelite repaired my windshield on my Ford Bronco. My windshield was chipped and the technician Jordan came to fix it. Very neat and professional. He came as scheduled and didn’t take long to fix the windshield. Once he was done he called me to come see and I promise you I couldn’t tell where he fixed it he had to literally point out where he did the work. The job was done very professionally and quick. Jordan is an excellent technician who takes pride in his work . I would definitely recommend safelite and the technician Jordan. The representatives Christina and Ariel were also courteous, friendly , very helpful and professional.

  It seemed to happen in slow motion. The 100 pound coffee table that a friend and I were moving had gotten away from us and was making it's way through the back window of my truck. As we stood there a little dazed, her 7 year old son offered, "The only thing I can tell you to do is call Safelite." Out of the mouth of babes.... I had used Safelite before, so his advice seemed sound, and as usual I was not disappointed. Fast service and one of the friendliest technicians that I have encountered in any industry were the icing on the cake of convenience of having them come to my house for the repair.

  Safelite did a great job servicing my 2008 Porsche Cayenne Turbo with a windshield replacement. Communication was kept up throughout the entire process, they dispatched an extremely experienced and knowledgeable technician to my location, by whom I was thoroughly impressed, and the price was very reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about this experience with Safelite.

  Do not use! I set up the appointment online and entered my vin and received a price. I took a screenshot of the price and appointment as a habit. I left work half day to get across town close to my house to have my windshield replaced. When I was close to my time and almost there, they called and canceled because they broke the windshield. They could not get another and I was forced to reschedule. I moved plans around and went in on a Saturday. The counter person attempted to charge me double the quoted price. I told him no and the price was half that price. The manager overheard the conversation and told him that he was charging for the broken windshield and he needed to remove it. I left while they were working on that. I returned to pay and pick up my vehicle later around mid day. When I arrived he tried to charge me double again. I refused to pay and had to instruct him again that the manager said he needed to remove the cost of the other windshield that they broke. It took him a while and he finally came up with a price that was 40 dollars higher than quoted. I refused to pay telling him that the price was not as quoted. I showed him the screen of the price I was given. He then tried to tell me that the price went up when they put the vin in because it pulled up a different windshield. I told him I had input the same vin they did and showed him again. I asked for the manager and was told he left and would not be available for a couple of hours. I told him I did not approve of the bait and switch practices and I am not paying the different higher price. I even asked for a printed invoice so we could compare the charges to find the difference. I was told that they don’t print any invoices and it will only be sent to your email later in the day after you pay. How do you not have a printout to show people their charges? That is called a lack of transparency and further leads to the belief of bait and switch tactics. He finally “ found” the right quote after about twenty minutes. I tried to call the customer service line because their was no other person that could help at that store. The National customer service line is closed on weekends. When stores are open, there needs to be an option to receive customer service and support. I lost an hour at the store trying to get that straight. I called Safelite customer service and explained the issues that I encountered. I was told the store manager would call me. The manager called me and confirmed no one else was there to resolve the customer issue. He offered excuses instead of customer satisfaction. I called Safelite back and told them that and also that is the reason why I will not use them again.
