- MMMichael Crain (MC)Dec 31, 20251.0I drive a lot for work , so I go to racetracs all over Louisiana and Texas. This one is by far the worst one. Which sucks because this is the closest one to my house. I have never gone there and not had some kind of issue. The employees are extremely rude, and they are horrible about keeping things in stock. They never have styrofoam cups, and they usually don't have large cups, period. The crushed ice machine has been broken for over 6 months. And today they had no liquid coffee creamer at all. And I asked the woman if she could open a milk up from the drink cooler so I could have something in my coffe and she looked me in the eyes, scoffed, and walked away. Also, dont use pump 12. It doesn't stop pumping when the tank is full and sprays gas everywhere. I love racetracs overall but this one is absolute trash. The entire crew from the general manager downwards needs to go.
- DDDOMINIQUEDec 30, 20251.0Drinks are never refilled they only give out water, which include hot chocolate ( mind you its 30 degrees outside), fountain drinks ( I tried getting a blue powerade it was water) and creamer for coffee is always low. Gas pumps never have receipts. I've gotten a breakfast croissant, one bite into it and there was plastic. Highly don't recommend this location. They are too focused on the pizza rather than anything else. All other locations are great though!
