  Fast, super efficient, and the best customer service I’ve ever received! Wow is all I can say!!!! I brought my car in Monday and it was ready by Thursday. My car looks almost better than when I first purchased it! They even got my stain out on my seat!!!! The staff is top notch. Julia was so welcoming when I came in. Ashlyn kept me updated every step of the way. Can’t thank Gerber Collision enough.

  We experienced a few issues with the repairs, and the woman who identified herself as the manager was unprofessional and unwilling to assist. Her behavior did not reflect the professionalism expected from someone in a management position. She also provided inaccurate information to our insurance company. She told our insurance company that we received a text on Friday notifying us that the vehicle was ready, but we did not receive that message until Monday. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, she stood by the door watching instead of coming out to ensure the issue was resolved. This reflects poor communication and a lack of accountability. On a positive note, Lauren was extremely helpful, patient, and focused on finding solutions rather than arguments. The technician, Justin, was also kind and proactive in resolving the situation. Both Lauren and Justin demonstrated excellent customer service, and Lauren in particular displayed leadership and professionalism that should be recognized.
