Owen upgraded us to a nicer vehicle and basically did everything in his power to take a stressful, undesirable situation and make it right for us. Excellent customer service; we will be back to this location in the future. The employees at this location really care about the people they are helping.

I showed up, disheveled, tired, and without a credit card, which I needed for the one-way rental. Zion patiently answered my questions and kept a positive and uplifting presence the entire time. I had to leave and go back a few times to ask questions while I figured out things on my end. He was very patient during the entire process, and I left in no time at all with the exact car I requested. All of the staff was amazing, at both MSY in New Orleans and PDX in Portland. I will definitely work with Enterprise again.
