    The enterprise not only handled our transaction in the most horrific way, but we are going to reach out to the Better Business Bureau, we are also seeking legal advice. On our arrival, they couldn’t find the key to one of the cars for months per the employee. We asked about a second car they told us it had been “dead,” and there was no way to start or charge the battery. We have asked for upper management, as in a regional person, and not the local branch manager who did an awful job! He did not communicate with his team. A person helped us, and then that manager still made us miss a funeral !!!! handled every situation in such a bizarre unprofessional way ..we have no other choice, but to go the distance on this

    I’ve rented multiple times from this location on Veterans snd have had great experience dealing with them . The manager assisted me this time and was perfect . Great location .

    I had a reservation number (w7w07...) and this reservation was made early last week and I was suppose to pick up my rental today. However, Owen the assistant Manager and John tells me that I will have to wait from one to two hours because they are booked. What in the hell is the reservation number for? I don't have rental car and unfortunately I have a job that I have to work Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm. I can not just go to this location and wait for hours. I was told that I "cannot speak with the store manager and that they don't have control over the fact that I have no rental car with a reservation number". I had everything planned to drop my car off at a collision center and coming to pixk my reserved rental up. They claimed to call me to confirm my reservation but ehy when i have a reservation number. I looked on my call log and thank God for that, there is NO CALL FROM THIS LOCATION. Lol wonderful.... I will be contacting Mr. Matt Brady....
