We were told we had to go all the way out to the airport, costing us an extra $50 for an Uber, plus time wasted and frustration. Suffice to say that we wont be using Enterprise again unless it is unavoidable

On nous a dit qu'ils avaient peur que l'on fuit au Mexique avec la voiture. Du délire ! Aucun remboursement n'a été possible.

I went into the garage and was greeted by Jake Sinatra. He was so calm and friendly, and took great care of me to get me on the way quickly and easily like it was no big deal. Fantastic fellow. Thank you! These are the kind of experiences that keep you coming back to a brand.
