- NPNick PegueroNov 3, 20251.0Absolutely absurd experience . I’ve never been to a store 3 times in 30 minutes. Luckily the store on Williams by Winn Dixie helped and would 10/10 recommend them. My battery was obviously not working after jump starting it 3 times in two days. so I go to the auto zone nearest to me to get it swapped since I bought warranty on it. This Autozone claimed I did not have warranty when they inserted my number and couldn’t test my battery because they did not have the proper equipment so they send me to another location. After going to the location by Winn Dixie they proved to me and showed me on the screen I was covered, but unfortunately they didn’t have the battery in stock so I had to go back to this location. I tell them that my battery does not work AGAIN with a different employee and my warranty magically appears on their screen now and still deny to change my battery and claim it’s something else without testing it. Please stay away from this stingy location. I will say Mathew was helpful and helped clean my battery but for the other people this location is a mess.

They didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need — just honest, helpful service. The store was clean, well-organized, and had everything I was looking for in stock.
