She tried calling us to inform us that they only had 4 spark plugs in stock but since we did not answer, she did nothing on her part to get the other 4 delivered to that store location as another location had all 8 spark plugs needed. Once we arrived to pick up our order she informed us that only this location only had 4 and that she could call another location to have them delivered and we would have to pay an extra $26 plus we would have to wait for them to be delivered. Why would you make someone pay extra for them to be delivered on top of having already paid in full for the 8 spark plugs which said was in stock when ordering earlier that morning? There was plenty of time (about 3 hours) to aquire all 8 spark plugs before we went to pick up.
