- AAAngOct 6, 20225.0The staff were very friendly, the service was fast, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend Green Motion in New Orleans Airport. The only issue I had was that it didn't say on the pick-up information (maybe a website oversite?) that you have to call them from the airport car rental center and they will send a shuttle for you. But once I called, they were there quickly to get me.

We didn’t get the car that we thought that we rented it was an old car and we thought we were getting the new car that we rented . This car rental faulty put cars on their site that they don’t have. I guess they do that to get you to rent a car from them with the low price rentals. And also the car rental place wasn’t in the best condition when they been there for 2 years and we left our Disability Placard in the car that we rented and we didn’t know it until we got to the airport. We called several times to let someone know that we left my Disability Placard and there was no answer and we had just left there .. We called the next day and told the guy what happened and he said that no one there turned anything in. Someone at Green Motion have my Disability Placard and using it like it’s theirs. Do not rent a car from them, if I could’ve rated them a zero plus I would’ve.

Booked a car a month ago and was called two day before I’m supposed to pick the car up telling me they don’t have a car for me and canceled my reservation. Mind you the already took my money in full at this point. Leave me to pay twice as much do another rental and offered me nothing in return but a good luck.
