  Stopped by AutoZone and had a pretty solid experience. The guy at the counter was helpful and didn’t make things complicated—just listened to what I needed and pointed me to the right part. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything extra, which I appreciated. Store was easy to navigate and had what I needed in stock, so I was in and out pretty quick. Would come back again.

  After a horrible experience last night with a dead battery and having to change a flat with the little 50mph spare, I went to Autozone to have them check to see if it was the battery or alternator. I couldn't shut the car off since it won't start once off. Matt came out, informed me the car had to be off to test the battery. He told me it was most likely the battery after the symptoms I told him. Sure enough, it was the battery. I proceeded to buy the tools and battery I needed to change it out in the parking lot. Matt allowed me to use the tools at no charge! Not the spare tools they had behind the counter but the tools for sale. So instead of a quick $80.00 sell for a 3/8 ratchet, 3/8 extension, 13mm socket and T-15 torx bit, they gained a lifelong customer. I will purposely go out of my way to always go to an Autozone for any car related parts and accessories. That kind gesture is a rarity these days and I WILL reward this company for it! Matt, thanks for being a great representative of Autozone and humans!
