    This location never had the parts I need in stock they always tell my husband they have to order it. I go to lake Charles and they have everything in stock all the time.

    One of the sales specialist i delt woth Friday sold me the wrong part after being told it didn't fit my vehicle while I searched it online woth my vehicle info I told her it says it doesnt fit but she swore it did on her end now because of her more things are wrong woth my vehicle. Not happy woth outcome. Definitely won't be going to jennings store anymore until they hire competent employees

    Want to give a kudos today to the staff member Charlie at the Jennings,Louisiana location. Today my family and I were traveling from Texas to Florida when our battery died. It was a stressful situation but Charlie was so helpful. She went above and beyond to help my family and I. She kept making sure we were okay and that we make it back on the road again. Thanks Charlie we appreciated your help so much.
