On one of my cars, they left the air filter cover half off, so the engine has been chugging (not to mention breathing in dust!) for the past month unnecessarily. On another vehicle, they failed to put the requested 35 PSI of air pressure in all four tires, leaving my mother with a TPMS warning a week after service, with only 27 PSI all around. That's unacceptable. Training is needed here, particularly around understanding how Fumoto oil pan valves work, so the customer doesn't have to explain in excruciating detail. The upsells are rather aggressive in an already-overpriced establishment; customers should expect a knowledgebase and caliber of service that matches what they're paying.
