You can't hardly park because the employees all pile their vehicles up right at the door. Go to any other store and you'll see the employees on the edge of the lot or around the side of the store. Not here. Great job Pilot employees.

Making them pizza sandwiches inside. When I asked the lady who handed it to me, she told me that's how it comes and didn't even wanna give me a bag or receipt. I'd say do better, this isn't acceptable.

We go iinto the store and all showers were dirty with no one cleaning them According to Megan, the over night manager, maintenance was on lunch, while she reorganized the store. We had to pick the cleanest shower, and find clean towels. Every shower was availble, but one. Our time and money that we spend in Pilot, across the nation, is what keeps pilot in business. We drove our semi from 1:30 am on Tuesday until 4:00 pm on Wednesday. Woke up Thursday morning, ready to get a shower, and hit the road. Only to walk in to the laziest, uncaring, “manager” in your store. The cashier apologized, manager could care less…do better Pilot. A good manager would have let maintenance have lunch while she cleaned showers
