  Goodyear service advisor called and told me I needed rear brakes and rotors at over $440 after doing their checks. I had just picked the car up from the dealer 2 days before. The dealer stated it was suggested ( not immediately necessary) to replace the rear brakes but also told me my rotors were completely fine as I had never reached metal to metal. Once I informed the Goodyeay service advisor that I had only driven home since picking the car up from the dealership so that couldn't be true, he told me he'd call me back. Ten minutes later he calls back telling me they read the measurements wrong and now the price was $220. I felt I was about to be scammed had I not already been informed by the dealer of the status of everything on my car. A price charge that's double what's actually needed, feels intentional. I did get the work done and I'm happy with it but the "mistake" definitely left a bad taste in my mouth for doing business here again!

  Best service in town! Ms. G and Mr. David are always extremely kind, honest, efficient, and helpful no matter the issue, big or small! My entire family only ever uses this location and I will always recommend!!

  Appointment scheduled for 11 am. Upon arrival told it would take 2 hours to change 4 tires. That's double what it should take. Everyone in the shop moves at the speed of molasses. Major incompetence. Took tires to an old Mexican man across town who did it for 60% of the price in 45 minutes. Sad. On a positive note I don't think there's a cheaper option for Veterans buying tires. Goodyear's partnership with USAA gives 25% off. So get your tires and have them installed elsewhere.
