Jacob G was our associate and he quickly tested our battery, confirmed it was bad (showing us the bad test) and gave us a variety of options for replacement. He gave us his honest recommendations and never once came across as if he were just trying to sell more product. Extremely honest, kind, helpful and had us in and out with a new battery installed in 25 minutes. We came in with our 8 month old baby 40 minutes before bathtime and still made it home with some time to spare! Amazing experience - very helpful.

I still ended up buying a battery (which isn't cheap nowadays) and they were able to get me the exact one I had before. I needed some clips for the air intake and while they have a lot of choices, they didn't have the one called for by the manufacturer and they couldn't tell me which one was a more universal fit.

- BGBrianna GarciaJul 11, 20255.0Went in today not knowing what was wrong with my car I had asked one of the employees don’t remember her name it was an older women she wasn't even trying to do her job was making me go to my car to look at numbers I didn’t even know where they were when another worker with a red shirt named Luis came and helped me right away changed my battery really quick he was someone who was really doing his job 10/10 service!!!!!!
- EEEricJun 25, 20251.0Can't get an order right. I ordered 3 spark plugs... after 1 week, they have produced 1 every 48 hours. Unbelievable. Now the guys at the counter, they feel bad about.....but some thing is screwed up in the ordering process. By the way...always keep your receipts handy... that too has been an issue when ordering...seems they can't tell if you actually paid for anything unless you produce your receipt. Phone number records do not exist when you really need them. My suggestion: study Amazon. You cannot do it better and next time...if you have wait.... better to wait on the people and company who wrote the book on how to do it. Maybe autozone should use Amazon. Just sayin....
