Jacob G was our associate and he quickly tested our battery, confirmed it was bad (showing us the bad test) and gave us a variety of options for replacement. He gave us his honest recommendations and never once came across as if he were just trying to sell more product. Extremely honest, kind, helpful and had us in and out with a new battery installed in 25 minutes. We came in with our 8 month old baby 40 minutes before bathtime and still made it home with some time to spare! Amazing experience - very helpful.

I still ended up buying a battery (which isn't cheap nowadays) and they were able to get me the exact one I had before. I needed some clips for the air intake and while they have a lot of choices, they didn't have the one called for by the manufacturer and they couldn't tell me which one was a more universal fit.
