Poked my head in service bay, the female employee was back there “visiting”. With someone. I asked if anyone was working the counter and she said no. Jokingly I believe, but not funny. Second visit. I sent my wife there to get a tire repaired, picked up a nail. Took about 45 minutes HOWEVER, the same female employee was “visiting” with someone at the counte again, for about 10 minutes. When that customer walked away, that’s when she called my wife’s name. WTH? So, our car was ready 10 minutes ago but she decided to hold on to our keys and shoot the bull instead of getting my wife out the door 10 minutes earlier. And to boot, the repair cost $33.00. To put a plug in???? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Brown service center here I come. David Fontenot.
