  Absolute worst experience of my life. Lack of communication between different departments. Not including, the lack of communication with customers. My car was kept for 3 weeks and it was an act of congress to even get my service advisor on the phone. Left messages with the staff and he stated he never received the messages. When I address it with the staff, they said they had given him the message. In the 3 weeks they had my car, they weren't even able to finish the service completely. I have to reschedule another service appointment to fix the recall because the mechanic started another job and wasn't able to get to my car until after.

  Christopher Skouras is hands down the most arrogant, and narcissistic car salesman I have ever dealt with. Every salesman has a job to do, however he makes no effort to connect with potential customers and instead uses his time to belittle, and talk to potential prospects like they’re stupid. The rudest, most arrogant person I have ever dealt with… and truly a stain on the automotive industry in Jefferson parish. If you plan to purchase a vehicle here, make sure to never deal with Skouras. Extremely arrogant, and takes his insecurities out on prospects. Very unprofessional.

  Wasn't happy overall. I dropped my truck off on Wednesday to get serviced and the rep said it's in the shop. I called the next day she says my mechanic hasn't let me know what's going on yet. I said "okay." Called that following Monday after coming in town and truck was never in the shop it wasn't even touched by the mechanic. Unprofessional. If she would have said "it wasn't possible I would have taken my truck some place else to get it serviced. I've tried several times to work with this location it's just not possible in my line of work.

  I was scared @ first but the sells person took my information made me felt secured that everything was gonna be all right. When I bring it there. I spoke to Mr. Kevin was the first one they when a lady talk to me on the phone. I didn’t know she was gonna be the lady that handled my business for my car Vickie I was so happy when I went there she made me feel so comfortable so I’m glad I was there listening to people saying don’t bring your car to the dealership. They too high and it takes forever. Oh man people are a liar until you find out and do it yourself. You will love bringing your car there specially for your oral changes and stuff that’s really reasonable so now I tell everybody go to the dealership because the experience I had was great thank you guys. I really appreciate y’all.

  The clerk that signed me in was great. First time taking a vehicle to the dealer to get service and it will be the last. Vehicle was returned to me after paying $220 for service when i checked the key fob the key pad buttons did not function. I informed the clerk and she went and got the tech that had just "programmed" it. I showed him my issue and he then proceeded to manually put the fob in the ignition to start the vehicle. I explained to him that. my old fob was very intermittent. To that he said "its programmed if it starts the car" and proceeded to tell me something else must be wrong with the vehicle. I am also a technician that has to do indepth troubleshooting from time to time. but this auto tech seemed like he did his job and did it well and wanted to point out other systems on my vehicle were bad. To that end he said "yeah it sucks when things go bad and you dont know why" and walked off. This angered me as i assume it would most people. I drove home. Parked the vehicle. Took a second and thought. Did the tech not make sure all the funtions were working and just did the initial programming? So i did my own electronic trouble shooting. Step one. unit doesnt work. Is there powere? so i open it up. low and behold no battery in the fob.. long story short. tech could use some training in troubleshooting, diagnosing and customer service. Will continue to do my own auto repairs my self or through a third party. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK FOR SERVICE OR NEW VEHICLES
