I arrived about 10 mins early & was greeted with a warm welcome by both employees at the counter. Told the representative I had an 8:30a appt for a windshield repair. He pulled me up in the system, advised that it would be about 30 mins & also that it was possible that the windshield could be further damaged & if so Safelite would replace the windshield (no cost to me), grabbed my keys, & serviced my vehicle. Service was completed in about 20-25 mins. Great work & great customer service. Highly recommended.
