  I had a great experience, especially with the staff. They were extremely courteous, professional, and thorough. Would definitely use again and would definitely recommend!

  Rented a SUV online and when I went into the store, I was served by Kahlia. She was very nice and explained they didn't have any vehicles yet but would call me when there was one available. I had things to do so I went do them and passed back in a couple of hours and they had a van available if I wanted it instead of the SUV. I took the Van and had no issues what so ever. Had to call back and extend my rental and had no issues at all Everyone in that store is nice and courteous and always willing to help their customers. I will do business with them again.

  1 Star – Extremely Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Charges I had an awful experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Harvey, Louisiana, and the situation was made worse by management at both the Harvey and Gonzales, Louisiana locations. I was given a rental car that reeked of cigarette smoke and Clorox, which should never have been rented out in that condition. After returning the vehicle, they attempted to blame me for a scratch on the front bumper on the driver’s side that I did not cause. Without my authorization, $562 was taken from my account, when the agreed rental amount was only $139. This charge was never approved by me. To make matters worse, a claim was placed against my personal auto insurance without properly resolving the issue with me. When I contacted management at both the Harvey and Gonzales locations, the manager was very rude, dismissive, and refused to help or resolve the issue. I also contacted Enterprise Corporate yesterday, and no one has returned my call as of now. This has been an extremely stressful and frustrating experience. Between the unauthorized charges, false damage claim, rude management, and lack of follow-up, I have completely lost trust in this company. I strongly recommend that customers document everything, take photos and videos before leaving the lot, and monitor their bank accounts closely. I will not be using Enterprise again.
