Horrible customer service. They apparently have a call center that will let you schedule services they are unable to provide. But no one will call you back to let you know, they wait till you take off work and drive all the way there to tell you they can’t do that.

Don’t waste your time. I went to this shop for an alignment. I advised them I recently did a 3” lift and put wheels and tires on. My truck STILL DROVE IN A STRAIGHT LINE AFTER THAT. I just wanted any imperfections fixed. I went in at 9:30am! Did not leave until 1:00pm! For an alignment! After waiting hours, they told me my truck was ready. The lady who gave me my keys told me that the truck still had a slight pull to the left, BEFORE I EVEN DROVE IT OFF THE LOT! She told me that it was not bad. I told her I would drive it down the interstate and would come back if there were any issues. Well, there was. I couldn’t let the steering wheel go for less the 3 seconds before I was in the left lane. I took a video and brought the truck back. Spoke with the lady and showed her the video. She even said she seen how bad it was pulling in the video. She had Brandon (SUPER GREAT GUY) drive my truck down the interstate with me to see what I was talking about. Brandon also stated the pull was bad. Now getting back to the shop, she told me to either come back at 5pm (which they close at 6) or come back another day. She told me that both racks had vehicles on them and they could not look at mine again until later. Please keep in mind I was only gone for 20 minutes at most, with the WORKER driving the truck they “fixed”. At this point I knew they no longer wanted to work on my truck. And when I told the lady how I felt, she said “well it’s in spec”. OKAY? OBVIOUSLY ITS NOT FIXED! So I asked for a refund. She told me that they already did two alignments (which the first one was a new guy that was still learning) and that she could not give me a refund. Not only that, they also tried charging me for a rotation that I didn’t ask for or need. Thankfully they took that off. So now 4 hours later for a simple alignment, my truck is still not fixed and worst then when I got it. I’m out $150 for crap work. And the 1-800 number they keep putting in the comments is a freaking joke. Good luck getting them on the phone. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any kind of mechanic shop. I’m also not the type of person to leave reviews, but holy cow. All of this was terrible.

Kind and hardworking people here, they respected what I asked for but still gave me a quote of prices for other things I will need in the future. Also, upfront and helpful. They were busy but never made me feel forgotten.

Set appointment for 11:30. When appointment was set over the phone I informed the rep that if it was going to take a while, I could make arrangements to drop the car off as I had a lot do. He said 30-45 minutes. I’ve been in here for 2 hours and every time I ask he keeps saying “30 more minutes.” He doesn’t care. He’s just saying whatever at this point. Unreal.
