    Randy wouldn't let me get an oil change because I wouldn't do full synthetic and my car is from 1999 synthetic oil wasn't even around back then just straight rude

    Went in for a routine oil change, and the shop failed to replace the bolts on my splashguard. After their “fix,” the part continued scraping and now needs to be completely replaced because it melted past the bolt holes. When I called again, I was told to “turn up the radio if the sound bothers me.” Attempts to reach customer service have gone unanswered. Extremely disappointed in the quality of service and lack of accountability. Update: I received a phone call today from an employee or manager of this location where I was asked to return to the shop so my car could be inspected. As mentioned in my review, I have already returned to the shop once, an inspection should have already been completed. As discussed in the call, I live 30 minutes away, coming back to the shop is not a good option at this time. I’m not sure why I would lie about such an egregious detail in my review, but you are free to defend your business as you wish. If that be by telling a repeat customer that my account of the experience wasn’t honest (especially when I have a witness), that’s your business. But I’ll be sure to pass this response along to corporate as well. Thanks

    So October 14th I convince my mom (Tamera) to take her car to the shop 9 that morning because something not right with her wheel on the passenger side. She tells them he wheel is screaming (the wheel bearing) they tell her 1600(wheel bearings front and back, roaders, break pads) stuff she didn’t ask for but I told her just pay it they said it was very bad and she transport her grandkids Monday - Friday. As we’re waiting on the car 5pm turns into an hour they forget plastic pieces to go on the wheel to catch friction they assured us they will get it done… never test drove the car. Next day I tell my mom bring it back he said it’s something wrong with the rim or wheel. Come last Sunday I take a ride with her it’s still SCREAMING LOUD INSIDE THE CAR AND AND MY SIDE Is shaking ! I got scared she called again MONDAY. She told them I told yall I was having problems and she paid 150 for them to check the problems(diagnostics). She get the kit herself brings it to a NEW mechanic different place he changes them the car still screaming until he see the front bearings was never changed and replaced. She called Friday oct 31st the manager is caught and told her the bearings in the front was not bad so he didn’t do anything to them. So to get 1600 he did what he wanted to do apparently until another person found the problem. so the new mechanic is doing it for free and I’m very disappointed in Speedee because I referred her there!! Always take a man with you or something because you seen my mom was desperately trying to fix her car to avoid an accident and took advantage smh
