They do recommend changing some parts out if it’s time, but give you the opportunity to decline without pressuring you. Brett is a great employee that’s passionate about the type of work he does and makes you feel confident in trusting your vehicle with someone you don’t know.

After their “fix,” the part continued scraping and now needs to be completely replaced because it melted past the bolt holes. When I called again, I was told to “turn up the radio if the sound bothers me.” Attempts to reach customer service have gone unanswered. Extremely disappointed in the quality of service and lack of accountability. Update: I received a phone call today from an employee or manager of this location where I was asked to return to the shop so my car could be inspected. As mentioned in my review, I have already returned to the shop once, an inspection should have already been completed. As discussed in the call, I live 30 minutes away, coming back to the shop is not a good option at this time. I’m not sure why I would lie about such an egregious detail in my review, but you are free to defend your business as you wish. If that be by telling a repeat customer that my account of the experience wasn’t honest (especially when I have a witness), that’s your business. But I’ll be sure to pass this response along to corporate as well. Thanks
