Some of the call staff are amazing in their knowledge expertise and real-time problem solving skills..others not so much. We recently just installed a device with the specifications of the wrong state. Some employees have treated me like a criminal or a child..just be mindful of the person you are talking to at the service center. And make sure you're on the same page with your requirements, finances, liabilities expectations etc. If there is any room for them to mess something up they will.
