    Made a reservation online for a car to be picked up at 8am. Got a phone call at 7:30 saying they didn't have any cars available. If you don't have cars don't show them as available online... seems simple.

    The manager at this location is not informative or communicative. When my husband picked up our rental, the daily rate for the car doubled due to our discount code knowingly being removed. However, we were not told what the new daily rate would be. I did not receive any notification, receipt, email, NOTHING, of our new daily rate. The manager knows she did not tell my husband the new daily rate, instead she says she told him what the deposit would be. My husband, who is not familiar with renting cars, did not realize that a $700 deposit for an economy car is pretty high. My husband insists that the manager told him that his grand total would be about $220, which is what we were anticipating to pay, but the deposit was $700. The manager says that she did not say anything about $220 but she did tell him the price of the deposit. Had the manager been clear with my husband about the new daily rate, my husband would not have rented the car. My husband was never notified of the new daily rate and I was never notified of an updated rate even though I was the one who made the original reservation. The manager knows she should have been more clear about the new daily rate but insists on not taking any responsibility. Instead she told me it is “not her fault” that my husband did not fully understand the charges. Is it not the facility’s responsibility to ensure the customer fully understands what they are being charged and why they are being charged a certain price? My husband was taken advantage of in this situation but I guess we all learned a valuable lesson. Make sure you have your daily rates verified before renting a car from this location. The manager said her name was Destiny. I know this is a matter of “hear say” but after speaking with the online customer service department, they all see how this situation could have been handled differently and that I should receive some sort of compensation for the miscommunication. I was told by the customer service department that this location does have the capability of matching the new daily rate to the price of the car when the reservation was originally made, even without the discount code, but this manager chose not to do that and chose not to inform anyone of the major price change.

    Do not give them your credit card info. They will start charging whatever they feel like charging without your permission. You'll start seeing all kinds of charges popping up on your card. And then trying to get them to fix it is a nightmare. Avoid that at all costs unless you want to deal with a bunch of bogus charges. The car was filthy dirty. It looked like someone took it through the mud and didn't wash it. The car had no gas when I picked it up. It was literally on fumes. I brought it back with half a tank and didn't get credit for that $20 of gas I left in it. Very poor experience for a whole ton of money. I'll think twice before going here again.

    Jonathan is amazing. I'm pretty sure he runs this Enterprise because this is one of the best experiences I've had. He's knowledgeable and very easy to do business with often suggesting valuable information.
