The staff acted as if they had no relationship with Expedia at all. We paid for a taxi to get to the location, only to be turned away. While I was on the phone with Expedia requesting a refund, I personally watched other customers arrive and leave with rental cars, and others return vehicles—so availability clearly existed. The employees were unfriendly and unhelpful, and no effort was made to offer a solution. This experience wasted a significant amount of time during our trip and caused unnecessary stress and expense. Renting through this location was a mistake, and I would not recommend it.
