No replacement. So we are stranded in the mountains to look for another vehicle. The insurance you pay extra for isn’t worth it. They can not even promise a replacement for a premium suv. Whatever,is available. Sad company. Use another rental. Road side assistance they provide has been a joke. You get different answers from everyone you talk to.
