  I love Ford vehicles, however in recent years, the service department at Ford dealerships has been very disappointing. I had three local Ford dealerships Try to repair the same item on one of my vehicles and it couldn’t be done. In one quarter of the year my vehicle spent more time at a ford dealership than it did at my house. (What? This is not the fords I grew up with) One repair (water pump) had to be brought back twice before they could stop the oil leaking. I brought my vehicle in this time for another failed repair. My alternator had been changed about eight months previous and it was no longer working. The alternator was fixed at no charge under the two-year warranty all of the recalls and updates to the vehicle were completed at that time. A repair that was needed was found and repaired. This dealership fixed the repair that the other dealerships couldn’t do. What? How is that possible? Ford dealerships all get the same information. It had to do with Josh, The technicians and mechanics. It seems each person was a professional at what their job was. What I saw different this time was the people in the service department delivering what the Ford commercials say “ at Ford quality is job1”. Also, Josh communicated to me each and everything he was doing with the vehicle. He would give me an about time to be fixed every step of the way. All I can say is this young man went above and beyond with an outstanding service.

  I went in there with a lemon from my previous dealer. I was so upside down I thought I had no options. I sat down with Brock, and let me tell you he was one of the best salesmen I’ve worked with. He was patient, kind, and genuinely wanted to help me. They put me in a brand new escape and worked out a deal for me that was great. Also big shout out to Mr Lenny who pointed me in every right direction to help. Thanks to them I’m back on the road again.

  I bought a Ford Ranger 01/15/2026 at Bill Hood Ford Hammond, LA it was the most pleasant buying experience vehicle purchase in my lifetime! After a very disappointing visit to Keith White Ford McComb MS dealership 01/12/2026 (read that review) I was loathing another wasted 3 hour dealership visit! Salesman (Navy veteran) Mike and Finance man Jody thank you for making this my most pleasant Ford experience ever! No muss, no fuss got everything I wanted and needed! And they even honored my VA auto grant!
