Furthermore, my tires were not pressurized correctly, as I requested, leading me to deduce the balancing was probably done wrong. I began experiencing a vibration that would occur when I got over 70mph. I checked the lug nuts and found many of them loose, including the entire set on the rear driver's side. When I brought it to have it fixed, it was confirmed the balancing was horribly wrong. UPDATE: The service manager had the balancing corrected and my truck inspected for damage from the loose lugs. I returned a couple of weeks later to plug a hole in a tire and was treated very well.
