Its just a very uncomfortable feeling when Bernard tells Sean to ask me to move over to help a customer. My $98 sale.shouldnt have been rushed if customer service is key to good business. I know some managers only care about the money in line but dont treat the money spent as a has been for a core return! Somebody help Bernard with that and you will have a store worth returning to with people like Sean on the front line!

Mr Bernard the store manager was so pleasant and willing to help me while another store was the complete opposite. I had a full warranty on my battery and was replaced immediately while another store stated it was not my battery and replacement was not issued. The Hammond store was perfection! Every auto one should take notes from the Hammond store! Thank you Hammond auto zone for taking great care of me and my car!
