  The gentleman at the Belle Chasse branch is beyond great. He made sure I was getting the best service possible. This alone will keep me using enterprise and the rewards program keeps you getting the lowest prices and even earning free days.

  On Sunday, March 29, 2026 after taking possession of a rental vehicle, I discovered a large oil leak spanning my two year old driveway. This leak has caused significant staining and damage to my property. I have attempted to resolve this through their local and corporate offices multiple times, but my calls have not been returned. It is disappointing that despite the vehicle being under their maintenance responsibility, I have received no assistance or a plan for the professional cleaning required for my pavement. I have several pictures and videos that show that the leak came from the oil filter that wasn't tightened. The vehicle had to be towed away from my residence because of no oil in the engine. This could have endangered my whole family during a road trip. The manager at this location should be reprimanded in how he handled this

  I had a great experience at this location! The process of renting a car through my insurance was very quick and easy. The car was clean and comfortable. The staff here is professional, respectful, and kind. All of my questions and concerns were adequately addressed. I highly commend Damien for great customer service throughout the whole rental process. I would recommend this location to others and would be happy to work with them again in the future.
