The store manager Trindley, Val - The Tech, and Nick the associate, provided excellent customer service and feedback regarding my vehicle maintenance. They never try to upsell you or tell you things need to be done when they don't. I brought my truck in when I received a notice that I only had 20% life left on my brakes. I received a call later that day informing me my brakes were fine and I probably had another 50-60,000 miles left. Apparently, the dealership did not reset it when I brought it several years ago. Today I brought my car for a tire rotation and possible alignment. When I went to pick up my car Mr. Trinley, store manager, informed me that it was not needed at this time This is just two of the instances that I could have been taken advantage of but because of honest people, like Mr. Trinley, only the needed services were done. You cannot go wrong using this Goodyear.
