The store manager Trindley, Val - The Tech, and Nick the associate, provided excellent customer service and feedback regarding my vehicle maintenance. I highly recommend Goodyear for your upcoming vehicle maintenance/repair.

They never try to upsell you or tell you things need to be done when they don't. I brought my truck in when I received a notice that I only had 20% life left on my brakes. I received a call later that day informing me my brakes were fine and I probably had another 50-60,000 miles left. Apparently, the dealership did not reset it when I brought it several years ago. Today I brought my car for a tire rotation and possible alignment. When I went to pick up my car Mr. Trinley, store manager, informed me that it was not needed at this time This is just two of the instances that I could have been taken advantage of but because of honest people, like Mr. Trinley, only the needed services were done. You cannot go wrong using this Goodyear.

I was told I couldn't get a military discount because they didn't have conventional oil. A few days later I checked under the hood because my car was riding odd. My coolant cap was off and I had no coolant. My radiator ended up cracking and the manager asks how old the car is after telling me it takes months to file a claim like he wants me to just pay for their mistake.
