Then I was told for my inconvenience I won't have to have the gas full on my return, and yet I was charged for it after I returned to vehicle. I was very disappointed in the change in the quality of the establishment. I was emailed my summary of my rental agreement and was told that I had a return of $172.67, yet my bank sent me a email saying that Enterprise tried charging my card for $125.00. I will definitely be visiting them tomorrow morning.

I flew in last minute because of a family emergency. I booked online as I normally do with my debit card this particular time. I arrived on time only to be told that out of town reservations are required to have a major credit card. He asked had I been contacted by anyone regarding that requirement. I said no. He then said he'd check with a manager. This is where the dismissiveness enters my story. He steps over to, whom he said was the regional manager and asked about making an exception in my case. This individual barely looked up and glanced and my way said nothing. Apparently the response to the rep helping me was no. I wasn't given and alternatives in booking nor exception. I've worked in the customer service industry for years and when situations that require approval or exceptions arise as upper management being onsite not to speak directly to me was unacceptable.
