  Bad experience. I dont normally post bad reviews, but this had to be posted. So I go to these guys on 3/27 to see why my ac stop cooling. They stated that I had a leak but could not find it. So they quoted me $467.19 that's for freon to be added and dye to see where the leak was at or coming from I left. I returned on 3/30 because it needed to be fixed. The price is now $525 in which I paid. So I go in early a little after 8am on 3/30 they told me that the part would not be in until after 12pm so one of the managers brings me home which is about 15 minutes away ok fine. I get a call after 2:30pm saying my car was fixed. She picks me up brings me back and as soon as I pull up one of the advisors comes in frantically stating that the ac line flew off the condenser as he was driving it, and that it sounded like a tire had blown, ok so at this point I'm Iike wth is going on he comes in and says no extra cost to mean and that they were going to fix whatever was broken. OK so I ended up paying another $550. The ac is fixed at that point, but another issue has come to my attention. I'm driving home from work cause after it was fixed it was parked for a couple of days. On my way home from work my car is making a noise it wasn't making previously so I take it back for the 3rd time on 4/1 at this point I'm getting upset. I get another quote for $1570, for something that he was unsure about, told me on the quote to get a second opinion. I dont know what was done to my car while I wasn't there but I know the noise that it was making wasnt there before. The front fender is loose which wasnt before on the passenger side its kind of hanging to the ground which wasnt before, and I'm needing to speak to the owner or someone that's not trying to get over on someone. I have receipts and videos of every encounter. I need an explanation on why my car sounds the way it sounds while I'm driving, and why my front fender is loose and not put back the way it was before it was torn apart.

  I used the Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers on 709 W Highway 30, Gonzales, LA 70737 today. Jamie and his team helped me with an oil change and he was honest and effectively answered all my questions. The whole team was super friendly and made it an easy and great experience. I highly recommend their services! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

  I’ve been coming here since I moved to town. They have handled every need that my vehicle has had quickly and professionally. Highly recommend! One time they did not have my windshield wipers in stock because my car is fairly new… They recommended I order them and once I get them delivered, to bring back the wipers and they would install them for me. And they did! Great service!
