- SSSimoneDec 18, 20251.0I went here for my rear shocks to be replaced. After the replacement it stsrt3d to squeak. The side where there were no issues started to squeak with a knocking sound. Ive gone back and one person said there was a bent piece. Went back and the next person said they didnt know what the first guy was talking about. I got my car checked elsewhere and was told the shocks were not on correctly. So I go back to Mavis and tell them this since it is still under warranty. The tech said there was no issue but he would replace it again. The left rear was leaking at this point. The tech seems to be annoyed. But im more annoyed because my car isnt fixed. But guess what, I still have issues with my car. I took it to the dealership to be told that nothing was assembled correctly, that parts were missing. It's going to cost me $1058.00 plus tax to get my car fixed. Mind you I gave $529.53 in cash to Mavis to fix it correctly the first time. This is my only vehicle and im practically still screwed. I went back because of the warranty and for them to correct their mistake. But what's the point of having a warranty if the job is not going to be done correctly. I do not recommend anyone to go here and get work done. Customer service wise, they're fine but it doesnt matter when you're not doing your jib correctly and screwing people out of their money.

Everything here gets done really fast and done perfectly. The people who works here are really nice. I couldn’t find or think of any other tire company that can do it better than mavis tire on hwy 621.
