  Man Kendrick and Ben and Jernell was amazing they literally helped us out when we truly needed it !!! They had an amazing attitude!! They were positive and they were honest about the situation with our vehicle !! I’m blessed we went there I believe no one else would have gave us this amount of good service !! The fact they did there job but still went out there way to make sure me and my family left here with a working car. Yall have three great workers I hope that’s recognized

  I came close to closing time, due to traffic, but Stanley & Kendrick were very respectful and patience with me! It didn’t take long for my oil change.

  Katherine and Stan were very helpful they were patient with us. They did their absolute best to find a tire for us after an unforeseen incident happen and they find us a tire.

  I contacted the Corporate Complaint Department at the number provided. The Representative supported my complaint and essulated to this location’s management. I have not received a telephone call, an apology or some compensation for my awful experience and charge that was more than quoted several times. Stan made inappropriate comments. One question and comment was asking me if my red hair was natural because I am a minority like his black race and he is moving me into his race. I see there has been numerous positive reviews since my initial review when the history is few in between reviews. Maybe the customers were asked to leave reviews but their positive reviews does not lessen the importance of my complaint. Awful Customer Service, Awful Experience!! George did not honor his quote for my rear brakes (rotor and pad), Kendrick and Stan mislead me, Kendrick contradicted his pricing on my oil change and rear brakes and would not review the printed itemized invoice which is inaccurate to his verbal pricing he stated and changing his reasoning. Kendrick was impatient, abruptly walked off several times, raised his voice several times. Stan is friendly but is too personal and silly at times making inappropriate comments that makes some customers uncomfortable and not representing a professional atmosphere. The discount I was given was not what I was initially quoted, exaggerated and not as much of a discount as I was lead to believe. Trevor did not wear gloves as I requested and my door interior was left dirty. I was at Mavis Tires for over four hours and left under duress. I am displeased, disappointed and dissatisfied. I needed to know the pricing before I took my car in for servicing and I was mislead. I was not expecting the drastic price difference.
