- TTThreeNov 10, 20255.0ordered some tires online to be delivered to Mavis in Gonzales off 30. Some how I ended up ordering the wrong size. Mr George ordered me the correct size and came out to inspect my current tires. I had ask him if I could go another months on them because I figured they had a lil more tread I could wear down. After he checked all 4 tires he said I could go a few weeks should be fine considering I won’t be going far everyday. So we ended up keeping the new order of tires and agreed to come back in about a month to put the new ones on. 1st I like to acknowledge that Mr George and his staff greeted me at the door so that was welcoming and the heating was on felt like. 2nd I appreciate Mr George honesty about my current tires. I felt like he wasn’t just trying to sell me some new tires like most shops. He could have easily told me yes today you need new tires I got some in the back. But appreciate his honesty agreeing that not today but soon. So I’m all set for new tires soon and hopefully he’s in when I come back.

You can tell he really cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. My car drives so smoothly now, and I left feeling confident that I was in good hands. The waiting area was clean, the service was efficient, and the prices were fair. You can tell this location values both quality and customer care. I’d absolutely recommend this Mavis location to anyone who needs tire or alignment work done. It’s rare to find such great service these days, but they really delivered.
