  Local staff was friendly and prompt during our pickup and drop off. It was during the holidays so we were very greatful for this. Enterprise needs to take care of these workers on the front lines.

  Was very unhappy with the vehicle that I received the manager to be honest, really needs to be fired.Does not have any good communication skills?Whoever trained him did not do a good job very, very unprofessional. I would never recommend someone go there

  Always loved renting from this location up until this point. There are new people and the new people aren’t near as respectful as the old workers. Rented for an enter week, got my husband a pair of rayban sunglasses for Christmas and we put them in the sunglasses compartment of the car to keep them save while we traveled. Called to get them and the lady wouldn’t even check. All she said was “they weren’t turned in”. I said “I completely get that but is there a way to maybe check that compartment because either they are still in that compartment because it’s so small anyways and probably never got checked, or the cleaners may have taken them.” She said “we don’t steal”. I under that, so maybe they are still in the compartment. I don’t want to just accuse someone of stealing which is why I said they may still be in the compartment and it just didn’t get checked. Which is most likely what happened. But she didn’t even want to check. She hung up on me and practically was too lazy to even try to figure something out for me. Told me I was wrong and didn’t put them up there. I said “I DID put them up there 100%, so that’s what I’m saying they either are still there, or they got stolen.” She hung up on me. So it was just hurtful to be called a liar, to not even be listened to or even try to figure it out with me, and the to be straight up called a liar and hung up on. So whoever gets the 2026 white Pacifica, will have a new pair of $300 raybans up top in the ceiling compartment. It makes me sad I won’t be able to rent from this location any longer because we rented so often. When your customers call with a situation you should always do your best in trying to resolve it the best of your abilities. And not call them liars or even attempt to fix it in any ways .

  Terrible service. I wasted time getting a ride here bc I set a pickup for noon and when I got there they said there are no vehicles. Why wouldn't someone call me?
