I contacted every mobile mechanic I could locate in the area (from Baton Rouge to Slidell and all surrounding areas). I couldn’t find a single person or company that would come help me out. It was me, my husband, five of our kids including my baby. Not only did I have an SUV that now wasn’t running, I also had a camper that had to be moved by 2pm on Saturday AND we were four hours from home. I reached out to Coy’s for help. They were the ONLY place that said they’d come and gave me a price. The. ONLY. BUSINESS! They were professional and courteous. I ended up having to tow it back home to Pineville, but had this happened earlier in the week instead of a Friday after business hours, I’d without a doubt bring it to Coy’s or have them come out if I had more time to deal with the issue. Thank you for your offer to help. I’m so much more grateful than I can express here.

The transmission routine maintenance cost over twice what the Ram dealership charges for the same service. Update: they told us it was ready. We got 2 miles down the road;it was worse than ever before. Returned it to Coys. Then it wouldn't start at all. Now they have the nerve to call us and say it's another $900 to fix the problem they should have diagnosed before. Do yourself a favor stay away!
