The gentleman was talking to a person and was delayed on his time. A sensor was working on the vehicle when we brought it in but wasn’t working after the change. Demarco came back in the lobby complaining loudly what is wrong with that customer. Meaning my husband. The manager had to calm him down. obviously he didn’t realize I was in the room. Very unprofessional. I will be taking my service to another location.
