  This is my go to place for oil changes and maintenance with my vehicles. They always get me taken care of quickly and do a quality job. Jacob is who I usually interact with - he is friendly and does a great job!

  Scheduled appointment on line which told me I would receive 20.00 off and that it had been applied through scheduling. Received email thanking me for making appointment and telling me that oil change service was basically first come first serve. Confused as to why it suggested making appointment in the first place. Decided to just go in since my appointment was not a guarantee. Arrived and there was no wait time which was nice. Pleasantly welcomed and asked what type of service I needed. Of course came the up sale service which I agreed to. Service was provided in a timely professional manner. Time to pay I asked about the 20.00 off discount for the second time since it was not applied on bill. Told me I needed a code blah blah blah. Pulled up my email and showed the employee it had no code. Anyway he said he would apply the 20.00 discount anyway. This did not happen after several attempts. Needless to say I paid full price.

  Customer service was solid from start to finish. They handled an oil change, tire rotation, replaced the cabin air filter, and even took care of a small hole in the passenger rear tire. Everything was done efficiently, and the staff was helpful and professional. The only area that could use a little improvement is the waiting area. Both times I visited, there were no coffee cups or water cups available, even though they have a nice water filtration system and a Keurig set up. It’s a small detail, but it would make the experience more comfortable. Overall, a good experience and I’d come back again.

  I rate this place 5/5 stars. My technicians, Cody and Jacob, were very thorough with what was wrong with my car. I explained to the techs I wasn’t in the financial spot to afford everything that was wrong and Jacob did everything in his power to help me out the best he could. We eventually came to an agreement on what to do with my car and we got it squared away. 10/10 recommend.
