    They made sure they got their 38 dollar charge for the damage waiver. Not Including the $50 deposit I made which I never received back. I understand the 38 dollar charge would eat into the $50 deposit but to turn around and not even offer me my change back is theft.

    Customer service at this location is amazing. Everyone is nice and professional. They didn’t have a large SUV on site when I got there bc I forgot to confirm the reservation (my fault not theirs), but they said they would get one over that I needed. They did offer me multiple other vehicles first, but I was picky about the vehicle type because I needed something specific. They made sure to put me in a vehicle while I waited so I could go do some things that I needed to do. They got the SUV I needed on site and cleaned up insanely fast. Between going there initially & going back to trade the temporary vehicle for the one I needed, I was there for maybe 10 minutes. Tbh if I’m renting a car, I’m going to this location only.

    The branch manager Ms Laci was amazing and extremely helpful along with Mr Jake. I highly recommend them if you're in need of any rental needs.

    Professional and courteous. As busy as they were I was amazed to be out of there in a timely manner.Definitely recommend them for their professionalism and the way the staff were working together.

    The staff is very attentive and thorough from cleaning and detailing to showing how everything works on the vehicle to make sure there are no unanswered questions or concerns before leaving the Denham Springs lot.
