I was picked up from home, and brought back home by two very kind and lovely employees. I would highly recommend Enterprise to others.

They do not have it together at all, compared to other locations. The employees act like it’s their first day on the job, every day. I regularly rent and it’s the most exhausting ordeal. They treat you like you’re trying to steal the car, ZERO customer loyalty. You could rent a car from this place once a week and they treat you like you’ve never done business with them a day in your life. It’s just bad customer service.

- KYKaitlyn YoungNov 13, 20251.0Worse experience ever, we spent $435 on the rental with a $300 deposit to get a car that we didn’t want yes on the website you aren’t guaranteed you are going to get the one that’s pictured, however the guy sets us up for the suv that was available we are going on a trip that’s 22 hours of driving.. I drive away from the enterprise tire pressure light came on and no washer fluid was in the car.. I call them to let them know the guy tells me to get some and keep a receipt so they can reimburse me washer fluid is not over $5 it’s not about that it’s the principle knowing they should’ve inspected the car FULLY!! Car looks as if it hasn’t seen a car wash in awhile.. and while we on this trip the OIL LIGHT COMES ON!! I call again at this point we are so far from denham springs on the roadtrip, he tells me they didn’t properly reset it and I got more mileage until another oil change.. this hasn’t been a pleasant experience with this rental at all..
