  That when im ready to get one and go in to get it the whole Staffing is Very Nice and Never Make You Wait A Long Time Before They Wait On U That's The One I Always Go To For My Rental All The Time They Help Me Real Good. When I Pick Up And Return Back Always Smiling 😃 😊 🙂 😀 I Love Denham Springs

  1. The vehicle was a huge safety hazard. When I got in, there was an overdue oil change light (representative told me they just didn’t clear it), tire pressure light was on (representative said it’s high enough), and the windshield wipers were so bad I could not see when it rained. The condition screamed they’d been overdue to be changed for a very long time. I did not notice how bad the wipers were until a week later when it rained. 2. I scheduled pickup for 9 am. No one called or showed up. I called and arranged another ride with a friend and then they called at 9:20 asking if I still needed a ride. My ride was already almost to me. I verified my vehicle was ready for pickup as I had an appointment in Covington for 11 am which is why I scheduled a pickup for 9. I live less than 15 min away. This put me in a bad position having to call around for rides. 3. I showed up when my vehicle was supposed to be ready for me and it took 2 hours to get into a vehicle with 2 alerts on. If they had another vehicle to put me in ready I would’ve taken it. I was forced into taking a vehicle I was not comfortable with and missed my appointment. 4. They confirmed a reservation and I called on the way because someone warned me to. They did not have a vehicle for me. I was told to come back in the morning.

  This was my first time ever renting a car on my own and I give them 5 out of 5 stars I would put 10 if I could and I wish I got their names but the two who helped me out during pick up were amazing! They were smiling, happy, engaged, and did something I don’t see often, THEY WORKED WELL TOGETHER. A dream team, honestly. I was in and out, the process was easy, they were ALL knowledgeable and able to answer every question. They made this anxiety riddled young lady feel comfortable and it set a good tone for my trip. Please please please give this team their flowers, cookies, bonuses all of it! It’s well deserved and long overdue!!!
