  Recently I rented a car from Enterprise at 71331 LA 1077 Suite 250, Covington, La. I’ve NEVER had such a pleasant experience renting a car until now. Brandon was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything quick and stress-free, answered all my questions with ease, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

  I just want to say, "Thank You Brandon and Enterprise," for being so polite and understanding of my first time rental experience. Thank you for being so nice and answering all of my questions and explaining the process for rental services.   do not rent from enterprise, I paid $2400 for a Dodge ram rebel truck, i picked up the truck in a not clean state but EVEN WORSE you will be charged for a windshield if a rock damages the windshield. rocks are a part of driving, customer renting the vehicle shouldn't be responsible for what is uncontrollable
