  Buyer beware I went today to get an oil change for my daughter‘s car and they told me that they don’t have to filter so with the screen set to where I can see it. They were gonna buy it at AutoZone for $5.14 and sell it to me for 21.99 so a 4.5 synthetic blend an oil change would’ve been $119 with a free rotation. Can you believe that that’s a 400% markup for oil filter !!!!!! All the brass that work up in Rochester, New York for Tire Choice their salaries are over $600,000 a year to sit behind the desk all day in crunching numbers must be nice.

  Absolutely the worst tire shop experience I’ve ever had. We had an 11:30 appointment for what should have been a simple tire patch. Instead, we waited almost 4 hours. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s completely ignored? To make matters worse, the staff was anything but welcoming. And after all that waiting? They didn’t even bother putting the spare back. That’s basic service. If you value your time or expect even minimal customer care, go somewhere else. This place was disorganized, indifferent, and easily the most frustrating tire service experience I’ve ever had.

  Had a flat tire and brought it in after temporarily repairing with the kit my car came with. After they checked it multiple times, no leak was found and the self repair kit must of done the trick. They didn’t charge me anything even after I offered to pay a service fee. I’ll be going back when it’s time for new tires!

  This shop is awesome! Took my older 2002 Toyota to them because I had a list of things needed done. They did an AMAZING inspection and told me everything I needed. We are breaking the list up over a few visits which is extremely helpful and there was zero pressure from the shop. This visit they replaced my valve cover gaskets and a coolant flush. I CANT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW CLEAN MY ENGINE BAY WAS AFTER!!!!! They really went above and beyond… it is an 02 so it had some road gunk but not anymore. The turn around was unbelievably fast as well. Had my truck back to me in a day…. If you are looking for a great shop with great people that do great work than look no further! Having a great shop when you drive an older vehicle really makes the difference and keeps the load of my shoulders. THANK YOU to the Techs and Richard!
