  Got here at 1:30 after being told that it would be long got 4 tires originally I was told they had the tires in but only had 3 had to get a different tire. Then sat there 3 hours had me late for work when I was told it would take long. They had more employees than customers and they were slow about doing g the job. Then hit a quote over the phone and was told getting g 4 new tires needed an alignment which took away the discounts I was suppose to get. Horrible experience won't be back.

  I had hard to find specific brand and size of a set 6 tires for my Class Super C RV and they were able to have them delivered to their shop the same day and install the next day !!!

  The job was done perfectly and the tech was so kind. But I must say my favorite part of the whole thing was BriannaLynn. She was so kind and so friendly. Talking to her mad the experience more like 2 friends talking, not customer to shop 🩷 I will be back

  Brandon and his team are amazing! Every time I come here, which has been regularly, they have taken great care of me and go above and beyond. Brandon is a very good manager, he runs the shop very professionally and his guys work hard. The prices are good, but it’s the service that keeps me coming back. Brandon, keep up the good work!!

  Okay so here it goes.... I have used them for several of my vehicles in the past. One time, they failed to secure the lug nuts on and when I drove out, my tire started wobbling so I turned around and went back. I figured things happen so I continued to use them. The next incident, I brought a truck in and while changing the tires, they asked if they could change the sensor in tire that reports if my tire is low. They said they knew the exact one that was causing the low tire light so I said yes and paid the extra for it. Got the truck back and as I drove off, the low tire warning came on. I called and was told to drive the truck for a while and that it would work it's self out but it never did. In the midst of the tire senor thing, I needed tires on my van so I brought it in. Tires, no problem, they couldn't possible mess that up. Well my battery decided to die on the day I brought it to them so they couldn't crank my car to bring it in the bay and they wanted to charge me for a new battery. I told them that the battery wasn't old and could they see what year the battery was placed in service. I got a call and was told they couldn't find the date on the battery but they would sell me theirs. I kept saying no that I had a warranty on that battery so I drove up there myself and what do you know, the battery date was right there and it was under warranty. I'm pretty sure that being a girl, that I would just take their word and say, "sure change the battery". But instead I took my battery out myself, went and got a battery at no charge due to the warranty, and put it in myself. Then after they changed my tires and I get it back, I see a dent in my hood. At 1st I was like maybe they tried to close my hood and after trying to start it and left the clamp ends on the charger under the hood. Then I realized they tried to close my hood with the rod that holds the hood up and that's how I got the dent. So I called them and they proceeded to say it was me. Why? Because it would make sense for a girl not to know those things right? Wrong, this girl grew up with a Dad that taught her how to work on things! I knew my car and it would be more probably for them to do this as most cars they see have those lifts under the hood instead of the old rod to hold the hood up like mine had. Okay so fast forward to today with me now needing new tires. Well guess what???? The new tire company I'm using, they are having problems getting the lug nuts off. Guess why? Because this tire shop, NTB, overtightened the lugs on the truck. How do I know it was them? Because the tires haven't been touched since they put them on. Guys do better!!!! You won't ever get my vehicles again.
