  Frenchie was the best salesman! So fun and relaxed. Never pushy but to the point. Such a great experience to work with him. The finance guy was also so nice and great to work with. Honestly all of the staff was so nice and relaxed. There was no wait, they were quick and responsive but never pushy. Love my car! Very great experience.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly the Best Car-Buying Experience Ever! I recently visited Genesis of New Orleans just to inquire about possibly purchasing a Genesis — it’s a brand I’ve always loved. On my first day, I was a bit anxious and didn’t want to test drive anything right away. Ms. Sheena Cheneau was incredibly patient and understanding. She didn’t rush me or make me feel pressured; instead, she gave me space and time to think things through while still offering helpful guidance. When I returned the next day to take a look at the 2025 GV80 Coupe, I was absolutely captivated by the model! Ms. Cheneau gave me every detail about the vehicle and encouraged me to take a test drive — which was phenomenal. Even then, I was unsure because of the price point, but she connected me with the finance department, where they ran my credit and I was instantly approved — with no money down! Even though it was late in the day and I still hadn’t made a final decision, Ms. Cheneau didn’t pressure me at all. Unlike many dealerships that push for a same-day sale, she remained patient and confident in the Genesis brand. She told me, “I know you won’t want anything else once you see what Genesis has to offer,” and she was absolutely right. After doing a little more research at home, I returned the next business day right when they opened. To my surprise, a new batch of vehicles had just arrived, and that’s when I found the 2026 GV80 Sport Coupe — and it was perfect! From start to finish, this was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Ms. Sheena Cheneau made the entire process smooth, pressure-free, and genuinely enjoyable. If you’re thinking about buying a Genesis, do yourself a favor and go see Ms. Sheena at Genesis of New Orleans — she’s amazing!

  Had such a great experience at Genesis of Covington! Jerry Eberts was amazing — super hands-on, helpful, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He really went the extra mile to make sure everything was right. Tyler Tourelle was also very kind and patient, which we really appreciated.
