  do not rent from enterprise, I paid $2400 for a Dodge ram rebel truck, i picked up the truck in a not clean state but EVEN WORSE you will be charged for a windshield if a rock damages the windshield. rocks are a part of driving, customer renting the vehicle shouldn't be responsible for what is uncontrollable

  They had one available vehicle. They noted the vehicle condition as bumper mis alignment/ damaged bumper when I received the vehicle. The driver’s side front tire pressure light was on and off from day 1. I told Zach about it, the only issue I had had with the vehicle, when I returned it. He came inside and said he saw damage to the rocker panel of that driver’s side front tire. I had to get on the ground to see the damage as it is basically under the car. I told him I was not responsible. They sent the vehicle to a collision center. They took pictures of any and all damage and sent the estimate to Enterprise. The collision center told me that that is their protocol. Normally the client, Enterprise in this situation, will tell them which repairs pertain to the claim and which ones do not. The collision center said that Enterprise told them to repair any and all damage under the original claim of a bent rocker panel. They tried to charge me to fix the bumper that they themselves had noted as being damaged before I ever drove the vehicle. I had all the paperwork proving everything I am saying, but Zach and the area manager Nik Isuprov chose to ignore me. I finally talked to someone that took the time to look at the report and proof that I was not responsible for the bumper. They took off $488, but I still had to pay over $1,500. Pretty obvious that whatever caused the front bumper damage also caused the bent rocker panel. These guys are crooks and horrible people.

  I’ve had a lot of frustrating experiences with car rentals, but after talking to Zach, it’s clear what it’s meant to be. He was extremely professional, kind and understanding. I was on a tight schedule, but luckily he made it a seamless experience and I was In my vehicle in under 15 minutes. That’s assuming the place isn’t packed. Don’t bother using the website as it can be irritating with making a reservation, just let the professionals do what they do best. I know who I’ll be calling for my next rental, thank you Zach.

  Zack is a rockstar! He was there by himself with a line out the door and still managed to make us feel important. He deserves a raise at the very least.
