Day of the reservation we show up at like 12:13 and walk into establishment and was asked how they could help us. We said we are here for our reservation pickup and they said they were closed and couldn’t help us until Monday. 13 minutes! They would have had time to transfer reservation but not rent us a car. Called customer service everyday over the next week and they did absolutely nothing! Trash service! So the only place we could go was the airport and we chose AVIS and will gladly from now on! Never rent from enterprise because they care nothing about their customers, only their profits
