  I recently purchased a vehicle from Northpark Nissan and had a fantastic experience. Brandon was my sales rep, and he was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm and welcoming throughout the entire process. He made everything feel simple and never pushed or pressured me. He truly took the time to help me find a car that I LOVED. Craig in finance was equally amazing — thorough, clear, and personable while explaining all the details. I’d definitely recommend anyone to shop here. The whole team made the experience smooth and enjoyable! If I could leave 6 stars, I would!

  I bought my new car here a few weeks ago and had an amazing experience! Brandon and the rest of the staff were the absolute best with helping this purchase go so smoothly. My family and I will definitely be keeping them in mind for future car purchases.

  Craig Lawson was absolutely wonderful. He took the time with me. Explain to me what needed to be done and still got me in a vehicle guaranteeing me that as far as rebuild my credit I can come back and get into the vehicle that I so desire the credit manager was just as good all very understanding and very helpful taking their jobs very seriously to help. The customer not hinder the customer. I am very grateful that I was referred there by Jackie Hendricks and look forward to doing more business with Eddie Torrell Nissan

  Today, I took advantage of the tire sale for my 2022 Nissan Frontier and had my old tires with new ones. Jamie Snyder is my Service Advisor and as always, she did an excellent job in scheduling it yesterday (10/28/25) all the way through completion this afternoon (10/29/25). Jamie also facilitated a shuttle to take me home and pick me up once the service was completed. She also made sure the truck was washed and cleaned before returning it to me. While paying for the service completed, Jamie gave me a detailed explanation of the worked performed and scheduled me for additional service needed for the following week. As long as I have this vehicle I will always bring it to this location and highly recommend it for other Nissan owners.

  As a 21-year-old first-time car buyer, I came into Northpark Nissan feeling nervous and a little discouraged after a not-so-great experience at another local dealership. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Buddy completely changed my outlook on the whole process! From the moment I walked in, he was patient, kind, and easy to talk to. He didn’t rush me or try to push anything I didn’t want. Instead, he really listened — to what I needed, what I could afford, and what I was comfortable with. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions (even the ones I thought were silly), and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. What stood out most was how genuine he was. Buddy’s sense of humor helped ease my nerves, and his honesty made me trust that he truly cared about finding the right fit for me — not just making a sale. I left Northpark Nissan feeling heard, understood, and so excited about my new car! If you’re a first-time buyer or just someone who wants to be treated with respect and kindness, I can’t recommend Buddy and the Northpark Nissan team enough. They turned what I thought would be a stressful experience into one I’ll always remember in the best way. 💛
