Words can't describe how happy and excited I am with my purchase from Eddie Tourelle. The whole team was magnificent and made the experience fun and memorable for all time. They never pushed, argued, or did anything that hendered the purchase. Their suggestions and knowledge was flawless. 🤌 My salesman Jackson was an Einstein when it came to the knowledge and features of my Pathfinder. He was a breath of life with his encouragment and spirit. 🫁⚡️ The sales Manager was the orchestra leader that kept everything together for the perfect whiplash purchase. 🎻🎷🎺🎹🎸📯 Thank you to everyone at this Nissan team for helping my dream come true. God bless🔥

Jamie is rude unhelpful and unkind. She mocked my complaint, laughed at my expense, cut me off constantly, bottom lined me about paying, told me it wasn’t her problem bled and hung up on me. She accused me of yelling but she doesn’t know the difference between a stressful response to a stressful situation and yelling at someone. She made it personal. The extended warranty covers nothing because the maintenance light never comes on when there’s a problem. Damian is aware of that flaw. Pathfinders are flawed in that they’re engines seize if oil changes don’t happen every 5k. Several owners and mechanics have raised this issue. My neighbor was torn between a Pilot and a Pathfinder. After talking with me she went with the Pilot. I will not buy a Nissan ever again and I will discourage others as well. I certainly will not drive business with your dealership ever again.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Eddie Terrell Nissan! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The entire team made the car-buying process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. They were transparent, patient, and truly focused on helping me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. A special thank you to Craig Lawson, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and compassionate, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making sure I felt confident every step of the way. His dedication and care truly made a difference, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through such an important purchase. If you need a salesman, Craig is your go to guy. I highly recommend Eddie Terrell Nissan to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

I went to Eddie Terrell Nissan to look for a used car with a girlfriend. After viewing a couple of cars, Craig Lawson, our sales person approached, introduced himself, an asked if he could be of assistance in my endeavor. We were able to come across a one owner leased Kicks-S that had just been turned in. The mileage was good. The year was good. The overall appearance interior and exterior of the car was good. The two minor issues were corrected by next day pick up. The Kicks-S model is perfect for my downsizing from a slightly larger SUV. Being a smaller vehicle, it’s going to take a little bit to get used to. All in all, I’m loving the SUV. Eddie Terrell’s Nissan staff has been great to work with from sales to financing to minor adjustments to the vehicle. Thank you, Craig and thank you, Eddie Terrell‘s Nissan dealership for the great experience.

This was my experience: Brought my (older) car in for a/c repair. Ended up getting other services done as well. 3 weeks later, a/c doing what it did previously. Brought it in. Was told service associate was on vacation and to bring it back the following week. Did that. Was asked “is it not blowing (which blower was changed originally) or is it the temperature control? Because you have to tell us what it is so we can look for that particular issue. And you know that if you have it set for 70 and it’s 85 degrees outside it won’t actually feel like 70.” Let that comment slide. Got a call that the mechanic couldn’t replicate my issue. Sorry. Bring it back when it does it again. I did. Was told the mechanic who originally worked on it (and got paid for it) was out. Bring it back next week. I drove it across the Southshore. Coming across the Causeway, it began acting up. Drove it straight there and left the car running. Service associate comes out, doesn’t remember me or the car, gets in and says “it’s not blowing. We’ll get that fixed. Oh, and you have lights lit on your dash…just want to make sure you know about that and it wasn’t us that caused it.” I get a call from the associate and mechanic. He cannot replicate my issue and asked what it was doing. For the third time I told them. Then I get a quote that I have a leak and it’ll be over $3700 to fix. Keep in mind, I already paid for a new blower that THIS mechanic said was the issue the first time. And this has been doing it for 6 months. So a leak would be much worse now. Not doing the SAME thing it’s been doing this whole time. I declined the services and spoke with the mechanic. Again, couldn’t replicate. Just going by what I said the issue is. I walked out. Brought it to a mechanic shop. Not only was a sensor the reason for my a/c, but they also checked my lights and found out I had some wheel damage and everything got fixed for a third of the cost of what Nissan wanted to charge me. I seriously thought a dealership would truly take care of me. Now I know. EDIT: I paid $700 for a new blower. Then they said it was a $3700 Freon leak (see their response below). However, I never said my a/c wasn’t getting cold. I paid $300 for a sunload sensor at another shop. My a/c has never worked better…in 87 degree heat, riding around all day.
