  I booked a reservation and was given a time to come pick up the car. Upon arriving to pick up my rental I was told it wasn’t ready yet and to come back in a hour. I came back in a hour but the vehicle still wasn’t ready and was informed that they don’t know exactly when they will have to vehicle ready today. I was told tomorrow the vehicle would be ready but when I arrived I was told the vehicle, which I was supposed to receive yesterday, had been taken to another store due to overbooking. This was a waste of my time and I will not be booking anymore rentals with them.

  Cleaning of vehicles is a must there was still finger prints hair,old food,paper work from other renters,food raping underneath the seat .agents was wonderful Mr.Anthony was awsome and the young lady who closed me out was awsome as well.thank you all

  Larry was just exceptional. Very professional attentive and real. He answered each question and address all concerns. Because of him, I will continue to rent from Enterprise Car Rental. Lastly, he didn't take all day to help me :)

  Larry is the store manager and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional. The car we rented got great gas mileage. It was such a great experience that we are renting another vehicle for this weekend. I would highly recommend the Chalmette location for leasing. Remember to ask for Larry.

  This establishment has some of the poorest customer service I’ve experienced. When I walked in, there was no greeting, no acknowledgment—nothing. Two employees were sitting behind the counter, simply watching without offering any assistance. When I informed them that I needed to drop off my vehicle, they didn’t get up, didn’t take the keys, and didn’t guide me through the process. Instead, they told me to place the keys behind the workstation myself. There was no effort to provide even the most basic level of customer interaction. The lack of urgency was obvious. Neither employee attempted to check me in, ask any questions, or explain anything. It felt like the customers were expected to figure everything out on their own. This kind of unprofessional behavior shows extremely poor time management and a clear disregard for customer experience. Based on this visit, I have no intention of returning. I expect a business to at least acknowledge its customers, and this location failed at the most fundamental level.
